Online giving & donor portal
Giving pages, campaigns, the donor app
- Set up your giving page (amounts, wording, colors, pictures)
Your giving page is ready the day you sign up. Make it yours: your color, your logo and pictures, your amounts, and for each campaign its own title, story, pictures and goal.
8 steps · Owners & admins - Add your own pictures to your pages (logo, banner, background, boxes)
Put your logo, a banner, a background and a picture on every option box — amounts, campaigns, sponsorships, dedications, raffle packages and prizes, dinner tickets — on your public pages.
8 steps · Owners & admins - Share your giving page and QR code
Make a short link and a QR code for each mailing, poster or post — and see how much came in through each one.
6 steps · Office staff - Apple Pay and Google Pay on your giving page
With Stripe, donors with a wallet on their phone or computer see an Apple Pay / Google Pay button — two taps, no card typing.
5 steps · Owners & admins - Donor covers the fee on the giving page
What donors see when you offer them to cover the card fee on your giving page, and how to turn it on — so 100% of their gift reaches you.
6 steps · Owners & admins - Peer-to-peer pages (supporters raise for you)
Supporters start their own fundraising page for a campaign — their story, goal and photo, with a spot on the leaderboard — and share it with friends and family.
6 steps · Owners & admins - Approve (or hide) a supporter's page
New supporter pages wait for your OK. Read them, approve the good ones, and hide anything you don't want shown.
5 steps · Owners & admins - Donor portal: donors see their own giving
Donors sign in with a code — no passwords — and see what they owe with Pay buttons, their recurring gifts, every gift with its receipt and yearly totals, and can update their details.
4 steps · Owners & admins - The donor portal from the donor's side (what they see)
A tour of the portal as a donor sees it — so you can explain it on the phone.
7 steps · Everyone - Donor signs in to the portal with a code
No passwords: the donor types their email or cell, gets a 6-digit code, and types it in.
5 steps · Donors - Donor sets up Face ID / fingerprint sign-in
After one code sign-in, donors can sign in on that phone with Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint — no code to wait for.
4 steps · Donors - Donor pays a pledge in one tap
If the donor's card is on file, each open pledge shows "Pay with Visa •••• 4242" — one confirmation and the balance is paid, with a receipt.
4 steps · Donors - Donor asks for a payment plan (in the portal)
Donors can ask to pay a pledge over time — they pick how many months, and your office sets it up.
4 steps · Donors - Donors manage their own recurring gifts
In the portal, donors can skip the next charge, pause, resume, change the card, or ask to change the amount or stop.
4 steps · Donors - Donor app: "My giving" on the home screen, reminders as notifications
Your donor portal works like an app on donors' phones — on their home screen in your color, with Face ID sign-in, one-tap pay and reminders as notifications.
4 steps · Donors - Build your website
Every Yahiv account comes with its own website at its own address. Pick a design, change the words and pictures, add pages, then press Publish — donors can give, sponsor, see your zmanim and more, right on it.
6 steps · Owners & admins - Pick a design for your website
Choose from 48 designs — classic shul, modern yeshiva, gala dinner, campaign day, chesed, school, kollel, photo-led, Jerusalem stone, dark, newspaper and minimal — each in four colour sets.
5 steps · Owners & admins - Add and arrange your website's pages
Add as many pages as you like — blank, or ready-made (About, Donate, Zmanim & Minyanim, Sponsorships, Dedications, Events, Yizkor, Contact, Gallery, Team, News…) — and put them in the menu in the order you want.
5 steps · Owners & admins - Add sponsorships, zmanim, events and more to your website
On the screens for sponsorships, dedications, Yizkor, the shul screen (zmanim & minyanim), events, raffles, campaigns, volunteers, forms and hall rentals there's an "Add to my website" button — one click puts it on your website, in the look you choose, and it stays up to date by itself.
4 steps · Owners & admins - Put your own pictures on your website
Every picture on your website can be your own: the big welcome picture, pictures beside words, galleries, your team, backgrounds behind any section, your logo, the browser-tab icon and the picture shown when your site is shared.
