Donor portal: donors see their own giving
Donors sign in with a code — no passwords — and see what they owe with Pay buttons, their recurring gifts, every gift with its receipt and yearly totals, and can update their details.

It's on already
Settings → "Profile & branding" → "Donors can sign in to see their giving at /portal/<your page link>". Untick it to turn the portal off.

Where donors find it
At /portal/<your page link>, and from the giving page: "See your past giving, receipts & recurring gifts →".

What they see
"You still owe", "Next recurring charge", open commitments with Pay, recurring gifts (Skip next, Pause, Resume, Change card), every gift with a receipt link, and their details and preferences. See "The donor portal from the donor's side".
After signing in they see their summary, pledges and gifts. - 4
What comes back to you
Requests (payment plan, change amount, stop) arrive in To do → "Donor requests". Changes to their details are saved straight to their profile.

Tips
- Put the portal link in your receipts footer and weekly email: "See all your giving at …/portal/…".
- The portal works like an app on phones — see "Donor app".
If something isn't working
Donors don't see the portal link on the giving page.
The portal is turned off. Tick it under Settings → Profile & branding.
A donor can't sign in.
See "Donor signs in to the portal with a code" — usually the email or cell on their profile is different.
