  1. 1

    The top

Your name and color, and "Sign out". Three boxes: "You still owe" (and how many open commitments), "Given in 2026" (this year), and "Next recurring charge".

Donors first sign in; then they see their summary.
  2. 2

    Open commitments

Each pledge or מתנה בלי נדר with the amount left and a "Pay" button. With a card on file also "Pay with Visa •••• 4242". And "Pay over time" to ask for a payment plan.

Pay opens the giving form for that pledge.
  3. 3

    Recurring gifts

Each one with "Skip next", "Pause" / "Resume", "Change card", and "Change the amount or stop it" (sends you a request).

Donors manage their own recurring gifts after signing in.
  4. 4

    Your giving

Every gift by year with a "receipt" link to open or print it.

  5. 5

    This phone

"Reminders as notifications" and "Face ID / fingerprint sign-in".

  6. 6

    Your details

Email, cell, address, "Statement of my giving" (only when I ask, monthly, every 3 months…), "Receipts" (email or text, email, text, by mail), and "No emails please" / no texts. "Save my details".

You can turn the portal off here.
  7. 7

    Your requests

Requests they sent and your answer (the note you typed when you marked it Done).

Tips

  • Shared pledges (e.g. brothers splitting one) show for each person with their share.
  • Explain on the phone: "Go to our giving page and tap 'See your past giving'."

If something isn't working

A donor sees no gifts.

They may have signed in with an email or phone that's on a different (duplicate) person. Merge the two people in People.

"Please check your details" after Save my details.

Something in the form isn't valid (often the email). Fix it and save again.
