Signing in from your own website
Your team can sign in to Yahiv from your own web address — like portal.yourshul.org — on a page with your logo and colors. It's the same safe sign-in, and it opens straight into your organization.

Find your team's sign-in address
An Owner or Admin can see it under Settings → Own web address, in “Your team's sign-in”. Every account has one, like portal.ohrchaim.yahiv.com. If you have your own domain, it's portal. in front of it — for example portal.yourshul.org.

If you have your own domain, add one more record
For portal.yourshul.org, add the one record shown there (a CNAME named “portal”) where you bought your domain — the same place you added the record for your website. It starts working by itself, usually within the hour. You don't need to tell anyone.

Open it and sign in
Go to the address. You see your logo and name, and the usual Yahiv sign-in: your email and password, and your 2-step code if you use one. Click “Sign in” and you're in your organization in Yahiv.

Share it with your team
Send the address to your staff, or add a “Staff sign-in” link on your website. Only people on your team can sign in there — anyone else is told politely to sign in at portal.yahiv.com instead.
Tips
- Your website's /sign-in page always works too — for example ohrchaim.yahiv.com/sign-in or give.yourshul.org/sign-in.
- It's the same login as portal.yahiv.com. Your password, 2-step sign-in and the lock after too many wrong tries are exactly the same.
- /portal on your website is the donor portal for your donors — your team uses the sign-in address.
- Bookmark it on the office computer so everyone finds it.
If something isn't working
It says my login isn't part of the team.
You're signed up with Yahiv but not on this organization's team. Ask an Owner or Admin to add you (Settings → Team & roles).
portal.yourshul.org doesn't open yet.
Check the record under Settings → Own web address is added exactly as shown, wait an hour, then click “Check it now”. Meanwhile, use /sign-in on your website.
It says the sign-in link was already used or expired.
That's a safety check — the step that moves you into Yahiv only works once and for one minute. Just sign in again.
I forgot my password.
Click “Forgot your password?” under the sign-in box. The link comes by email.
