Before you start

  • An authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password or similar).
  1. 1

    Open My account

Click your avatar at the top right → “My account”. Find “Two-factor login”.

    Two-factor login on My account.
  2. 2

    Click “Set up”

Click “Set up”. A QR code appears.

    Set up.
  3. 3

    Scan the QR code

In your authenticator app, add an account and scan the QR code. The app shows a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds.

  4. 4

    Type the code and confirm

Type the 6-digit code in the box and click “Confirm”. You see “Two-factor authentication is on”.

Type the code from the app and Confirm.
  5. 5

    Signing in from now on

After your email and password, Yahiv asks for the “Authenticator code”. Open the app and type the current code.

Tips

  • Keep the authenticator app backed up (Authy and 1Password can sync to a new phone).
  • To turn it off: My account → “Turn off” (not possible if your organization requires it).

If something isn't working

It says “That code didn't match — try again”.

Type the newest code before it changes. If it keeps failing, check that your phone's clock is set to automatic.

It says “Your organization requires 2-step sign-in, so it can't be turned off”.

Your Owner requires it. Keep it on.

I got a new phone.

Move the app's accounts to the new phone first. If the old phone is gone, ask Yahiv support to reset your 2-step sign-in.
