Your Yahiv web address (yourname.yahiv.com)
Every Yahiv account gets its own short web address, like ohrchaim.yahiv.com, that opens your giving page. It's ready by itself — nothing to set up.
- 1
Find your address
Go to Settings → Own web address. At the top, under “Your Yahiv web address”, you see your address — for example ohrchaim.yahiv.com. It's made from your organization's name.
- 2
Wait for “working”
A new account's address is usually ready within the hour. Until then it says “being set up”. You don't need to do anything.
- 3
Share it
Put the address on your flyers, emails, WhatsApp groups and website. It opens your giving page, with your name, colors and amounts. Donors can give, and all your public pages work from there.
- 4
It's protected
Your address is protected against attacks and robots (by Cloudflare) and is always secure (the lock in the browser). There's nothing for you to turn on.
Tips
- Want your own domain instead, like give.yourshul.org? See “Your own web address for giving (add-on)”.
- If your organization's name changes, ask Yahiv and we'll change the address.
If something isn't working
I don't see a Yahiv web address in Settings.
Your account was made before every account got one. Ask Yahiv — we'll set it up in one click.
It says “being set up” for more than a day.
Contact Yahiv support — we'll check it.
