Collection routes: running the day (for drivers)
Drivers open their link, drive stop to stop with Google Maps or Waze, and mark each stop "Visited" with what was given. At the end, the office turns it all into gifts.

Open your link
Open the link the office texted you. Your stops are in order, with the address.
The office opens the plan and copies each driver's link. - 2
Drive there
Press "Google Maps" or "Waze" on a stop to navigate. "Call" calls the home.

Mark visited
Type "$ given", pick Cash or Check (and "Chk #"), add a note if needed ("not home, come back later"), and press "Visited".
The plan page updates as drivers mark stops visited. - 4
Made a mistake?
Press "undo" on the visited stop (only until the office records it).

Office: record them as gifts
On the plan's page, "… stops have money the drivers wrote down". Pick a campaign and press "Record them as gifts". They wait under Deposits.
The plan's page shows the collection as it happens.
Tips
- Drivers don't need a Yahiv login — the link is enough. Don't share it.
- Stops recorded as gifts show "recorded" and can't be undone from the driver's page.
If something isn't working
A driver can't see the route.
Copy the link again from the plan's page (the box next to "Open") and resend it.
"Record them as gifts" isn't there.
No stop has an amount written down yet, or they were all recorded already.
