Invite a collector (Fundraiser login)

Give a collector, meshulach or volunteer their own login. They see only what you allow — often only their own gifts.

Before you start

Open Team & roles
Settings → "Team & roles" → "Invite someone".
Invite someone: name, email and role.

Fill in and choose Fundraiser
Type their full name and email. In the role list choose "Fundraiser". Optional: "Link to a fundraiser record" so gifts they collect are credited to them (and their commission works).
Name, email, and the Fundraiser role.

Press Invite
They get an email to set their password.

Decide what they see
Under their name in the team list, set what they can see and do (for example, only their own results and certain campaigns).
Each person's access is set under their name.

A Fundraiser linked to a fundraiser record sees "My earnings" in the menu, if you pay commissions.
Only an Owner can invite another Admin.

They didn't get the email.

Check the spelling of the email and ask them to look in spam.

They see too much (or too little).

Change their access under their name on Settings → Team & roles.
