Fundraiser / meshulach commissions
Set each fundraiser's percentage. Yahiv works out what each one earned on the gifts credited to them, and what you still owe after payouts.
Before you start
- The fundraiser exists under Campaigns → Fundraisers, and gifts are credited to them.

Open Commissions
Campaigns → "Commissions" tab. At the top: Earned, Paid out, Still owed.

Set the rate
Open the fundraiser. Type the "Rate" (%) and press "Save rate". For a different rate on one campaign open "Different rate for a campaign".

Read the line
"brought in $… · earned $… · paid $… · owed $…". Earnings are after refunds and don't count fees donors added.

Adjust if needed
Type +50 or −20 and a reason, press "Adjust".

Approve
Press "Approve" to mark what's earned so far as checked.

Record a payout
Type the amount paid (it starts with what's owed), date, method and check #, then "Record payout".
Record what you paid.
Tips
- A new rate applies to new gifts (and gifts with no rate yet). Earnings already made keep their old rate.
- Fundraisers with their own login see "My earnings" in the menu.
If something isn't working
"The rate is a percent between 0 and 100".
Type just the number, e.g. 10.
"Enter the amount (use − to take off) and the reason".
Both are required for an adjustment.

Type a payout amount above $0.
