Everything in one file
Go to Settings → Backups and click “Download everything now (Excel)”. One workbook with every part of your data downloads.

Every person with every field
On People, click “Full download”. You get every field plus family members, for the people listed (with any filters you set).

Any list
On any list (Gifts, Commitments, Recurring…), click “Export” and choose Excel, CSV, PDF or Word.

Tips
- Even if your subscription ends, Yahiv stays view-only and you can still download everything.
- Card numbers are never stored in Yahiv, so they're never in a download.
If something isn't working
I don't see “Full download” or “Export”.
Downloads need the “Download spreadsheets” permission. Ask an admin.
