Tips
- Several cities, states or zips can go in one box, separated by commas.
- On People, save a filter you use often with “Save view” (see “Save a People view”).
- To compare several campaigns, tick them on the Campaigns page.
If something isn't working
The list is empty after filtering.
Look at the chips under the search bar — an old filter may still be on. Click “Clear all”.
Gifts from last year are missing.
The Gifts list starts on “Past 30 days”. Change the date choice to “All time”.
There's no Export button.
Downloads need the “Download spreadsheets” permission. Ask an admin to tick it for you under Settings → Team & roles.
