Undo an import
Imported the wrong file, or the columns were mixed up? Undo the whole import: the people, gifts and pledges it created are removed.

Open the import
Go to Settings → Import → Past imports and click “Details” on the import.
Find the import under Past imports. - 2
Undo it
At the bottom, in “Undo this import”, click “Undo import” and confirm.

What's removed and what stays
The gifts, pledges and people it created are removed. People who had new gifts or changes since are kept. Details it filled in on people who were already here stay.

Import again
Fix the file or the columns and import again. The past import shows as “undone”.
Import the corrected file.
Tips
- Undo soon after importing, before staff start recording gifts on imported people.
If something isn't working
Some imported people are still there after undo.
They had new gifts or changes after the import, so they were kept on purpose. Remove them by hand if they shouldn't be there.
