Before you start

  • Your login can record gifts to add or book sponsorships.
  1. 1

    Open Sponsorships

Click "Programs", then "Sponsorships". You see a month calendar with each day's Hebrew date and, on Shabbos, the parsha.

    The sponsorship calendar.
  2. 2

    Add something to sponsor

Under "What can be sponsored" click "+ Add something to sponsor". Type the "Name" (Kiddush) and "Price $".

Add Kiddush, Shalosh Seudos, a day of learning…
  3. 3

    Day, week or month

"Sponsors": "A day", "A week (Sunday–Shabbos)" or "A Hebrew month". For a day, choose "Which days": "Shabbos", "Any day" or "Weekdays".

  4. 4

    How many per day

"Who can take the same day / week / month": "Only one person", "Up to … people" (e.g. 2 for a shared Kiddush) or "As many as want to".

One sponsor, a few, or unlimited.
  5. 5

    Online and campaign

Keep "Can be booked online" ticked to show it on the public page. Pick a "Campaign" if the money should count toward one. Click "Add".

  6. 6

    Add a picture

Open the sponsorship under "What can be sponsored". Drop a picture on the box at the top (a Kiddush table, the shul) or tap to choose. It shows on its box on the public sponsor page. Saved as soon as you add it.

  7. 7

    Book one

Use "Book a sponsorship" (see "Book a Kiddush sponsor"). Bookings show on the calendar with "paid ✓", "owes" or "waiting for payment".

Tips

  • Open days show in green under the date ("open: Kiddush").
  • Use the arrows to move between months.
  • "Stop offering it" hides a sponsorship without deleting its history.

If something isn't working

"Enter a name and a price"

Both "Name" and "Price $" are required.

"This one is only on Shabbos"

This sponsorship is set to Shabbos. Pick a Shabbos date, or change "Which days".
