Let people sponsor online (the public sponsorship page)
Share one link where people pick a Kiddush, a day of learning or a Parnas HaYom, see which dates are open, and pay by card.
Before you start
- Sponsorships set with "Can be booked online" ticked.
- A card processor connected.

Open the page
Programs → "Sponsorships" → "Public sponsorship page ↗".

What people see
"Sponsor a day, a week or a month". They pick what, then an open date.
People pick what to sponsor. - 3
They fill in their details
First name, last name, email, cell (optional) and "In honor of / in memory of (optional)". Then "Continue to payment".
Name, email and dedication. - 4
Held while they pay
The date is held for one hour while they pay ("waiting for payment" on your calendar). Once paid it's booked. If they don't pay within the hour, the date opens up again.

Share the link
Copy the page address and put it in the weekly email, the shul WhatsApp group or a QR poster.
Tips
- If Shabbos & Yom Tov closing is on, the page shows a "Good Shabbos" note over Shabbos.
- New people are added to People automatically.
If something isn't working
"Nothing is open for sponsorship online right now."
No sponsorship has "Can be booked online" ticked, or every date is taken.
"That day has passed"
Online, people can only book dates that haven't passed.
