Before you start

  • Seats set up (see "Set up your seats").
  • Your login can record gifts.
  1. 1

Open Seats and pick the year

Programs → "Seats". Check the season button at the top right is the year you're selling (e.g. 5787).

    "Sell seats for 5787".
  2. 2

    Pick the family

In "Sell seats for …" search for the person and click them.

    Search for the family.
  3. 3

    Tick the seats

Tick the open (white) seats they're buying — e.g. 12 and 13 in the men's section and 40 in Ezras Nashim.

    Tick every seat they're taking.
  4. 4

    Price (optional)

Leave "Price per seat (blank = list price)" empty to use each seat's price. Type an amount to give every ticked seat that price (e.g. a discount).

Blank uses each seat's own price.
  5. 5

    Sell

Click "Sell ticked seats". You see "2 seat(s) sold". One commitment is made for the total, e.g. "Seats 5787: Main shul — men 12, Main shul — men 13".

  6. 6

    Check the holders list

Under "Seat holders · 5787" the family appears with each seat, the price, the commitment and what they owe.

Tips

  • The seats also show on the person's profile under "Shul & dates".
  • Want them to pay now? Open the commitment and record the payment, or send the pay link.
