Bill seat holders and release a seat
Send a pay link to every seat holder who still owes, and free up a seat when a family gives it back.
Before you start
- Seats sold.
- Your login can record gifts.
- 1
See who owes
Programs → "Seats", pick the season. "Seat holders" lists each seat with "Owes" — or "Paid" in green.
Seat holders and what they owe. - 2
Bill everyone
Click "Bill everyone who owes". Each family that still owes gets an email (or a text if there's no email) with a pay link. You see e.g. "14 bill(s) sent".
- 3
Release a seat
If a family gives a seat back, click "release" on its row. Keep "take it off the commitment" ticked and click "Release seat".
Release frees the seat for someone else. - 4
What happens to the bill
The seat's price comes off their commitment. If nothing was paid and nothing is left, the commitment is cancelled. It never goes below what they already paid.
Tips
- Bills go in each person's language (English, Hebrew or Yiddish).
- People with no email and no cell are skipped — the message tells you how many.
If something isn't working
"… couldn't be sent (no email/phone, or reached the contact limit)"
Add an email or cell to those people, or call them. Look for amounts under "Owes" to find them.
A family got a bill for an old season.
"Bill everyone who owes" sends a reminder for every open seat commitment, not only this season. Cancel old seat commitments you won't collect.
