Record aliyos and honors on Shabbos and bill them
Log each aliyah or honor as it's given — Shlishi, Maftir, Pesicha, Kol Nidre. An amount becomes a מתנה בלי נדר commitment on the person, ready to bill.
Before you start

Open Honors
Click "Programs", then the "Honors" tab.

Pick the person
In "Person" search and click the man who got the aliyah.

Pick the honor
Choose it in "Honor" (Shlishi, Maftir…). Not in the list? Leave "Other (type it) →" and type it in "…or type it", e.g. "Kol Nidre".
Pick from your list or type it. - 4
Date, amount and occasion
"Date" is today unless you change it. Type the "Amount ($)" he pledged (leave 0 if none). "Occasion" e.g. "Shabbos Parshas Noach".
An amount makes a bli-neder commitment. - 5
Save
Click "Save honor". You see "Honor saved with a 180.00 bli-neder commitment". It shows in the "Honors log" under the day, with the Hebrew date.

Bill after Shabbos
On Sunday click "Bill everyone who owes" above the log. Everyone with an unpaid honor gets an email or text with a pay link.
One click bills every open honor.
Tips
- Write the list on paper during Shabbos and type it all in on Motzei Shabbos — change "Date" to Shabbos.
- Have a photo of the gabbai's list? Record → "Pledge list photo" can read it for you.
- "From" and "To" above the log show older weeks. The line on the right shows how much is still owed.
If something isn't working
"Which honor?"
Pick an honor from the list or type one in "…or type it".
"Payments were already made toward this honor — cancel the commitment instead"
You can't remove an honor someone paid for. Open its commitment and cancel or refund it there.
An honor I need isn't in the list.
An admin can add it: "Edit the list of honors" at the bottom of the page.
