  • Your login can record gifts.
  1. 1

    Open Sponsorships

Programs → "Sponsorships". Scroll to "Parnas HaYom, HaShavua & HaChodesh". (It only shows until you've set them up.)

    Set all three at once.
  2. 2

    Type the prices

    "Parnas HaYom (a day) $" e.g. 180. "Parnas HaShavua (a week) $" e.g. 500. "Parnas HaChodesh (a month) $" e.g. 1800. Leave one empty if you don't offer it.

    A price for each.
  3. 3

    One or many

Under each price choose "Only one person" (closes once someone takes it) or "Many people" (several can share).

    One sponsor or several.
  4. 4

    Set them up

Click "Set them up". You see "Parnas HaYom / HaShavua / HaChodesh are set up". They're now under "What can be sponsored" and on the public page.

  5. 5

    Book one

In "Book a sponsorship" pick e.g. "Parnas HaShavua", any day in that week (it starts on Sunday), the person, and the dedication. Click "Book it". A month booking starts on Rosh Chodesh.

Book from the same form as any sponsorship.
  6. 6

    On the shul screen

On its day, week or month the sponsor's dedication shows on the shul screen in the Parnas HaYom panel.

Tips

  • Use "Jewish year & last year's sponsors" to see every day of the year and who had it last year.
  • To change a price later, open it under "What can be sponsored" and save.

If something isn't working

"Enter at least one price"

Type a price for at least one of the three.

"Sorry — that week is taken. Please pick another week."

It's set to "Only one person" and someone has it. Pick another week, or change it to allow several.

The Parnas doesn't show on the shul screen.

In Shul screen settings, under "Parnas HaYom", either tick no kinds (shows all) or tick this kind. The "Parnas HaYom" panel must be ticked too.
