"Not back yet": rebook last year's sponsors
See every day, week or month of the Jewish year with who has it now and who had the same one last year — and book last year's sponsors again in one click.
Before you start
- Sponsorships booked last year in Yahiv.

Open the year view
Programs → "Sponsorships" → "Jewish year & last year's sponsors".

Pick the kind
Click the kind at the top (e.g. "Kiddush" or "Parnas HaYom"). The boxes show "Taken this year", "Taken last year" and "Last year's sponsors back this year".
How many of last year's sponsors are back. - 3
Show only who isn't back
Click "Only last year's that aren't back yet". You see only dates someone had last year that are still open this year — with their name and phone.
Filter to the ones to call. - 4
Call them
Last year is matched by the same Hebrew date (a day), the same parsha (a week) or the same month — perfect for yahrzeit and simcha sponsors.

Book again
Click "Book again for …". The booking form opens with the date and the person filled in. Add the dedication and click "Book it".
Tips
- Use the year arrows to look at next year and book ahead.
- "room for more" means the date still has space even though someone took it.
If something isn't working
"Set up something to sponsor first"
Add a sponsorship under Programs → Sponsorships.
There's no "Book again" button on a row.
The date has passed, it's full, or last year's sponsor already booked it.
