Connect Zeffy (0% fees) and import its gifts
Zeffy can't be charged from other software, but Yahiv imports every Zeffy payment by itself and can send large gifts to your Zeffy form.
Before you start
- You are the Owner.
- In Zeffy, find your API key (Zeffy → Settings → Integrations) and your donation form link.

Choose Zeffy
Settings → "Payment processors" → "Any other processor". In "Processor" choose "Zeffy (0% fees)" (under Import / sync).

Paste the API key and form link
Paste the key into "Zeffy API key (Settings → Integrations)". Paste your form address into "Your Zeffy donation form link".

Connect
Press "Connect". Yahiv checks the key with Zeffy first. Refresh — Zeffy is in the list with a "Webhook URL (paste into Zeffy)" line.

Paste the webhook into Zeffy (recommended)
Copy the Webhook URL and paste it into Zeffy's integration settings so payments arrive right away. Without it, press "Sync now" to bring payments in.

Sync now
Press "Sync now". You see "Zeffy sync: 3 new of 40 payments" (for example). New Zeffy gifts land on the right person.
Send big gifts to Zeffy with a rule.
Tips
- To send big gifts to Zeffy automatically, add a rule under Processor rules & fees (e.g. from $3,000 → Zeffy).
- Refund Zeffy payments in Zeffy itself, then record the refund in Yahiv.
If something isn't working
"Zeffy rejected the key: …"
Copy the key again from Zeffy → Settings → Integrations; make sure no space was added.
Zeffy gifts are not showing up.
Press "Sync now" on the Zeffy connection, and paste the webhook URL into Zeffy so new ones come in by themselves.
