Connect your bank (Plaid)
Connect your bank account once, through Plaid's secure window, and stop downloading statements.

Before you start
- You can sign in to your bank's online banking.
- If the page says "The live bank feed isn't set up on this server yet", ask whoever runs your Yahiv. You can still upload statements.

Open Bank feed
Go to Settings → "Bank feed".
Press "Connect your bank". - 2

Plaid's window opens on top of Yahiv.

Find your bank
Search for your bank by name and choose it.

Sign in to your bank
Sign in with your online banking username and password, and answer any security question or code from your bank. This happens in Plaid's window — Yahiv never sees it.

Choose the accounts
Tick the account(s) donations go into, and finish.

Wait a moment
You see "Connecting… reading your transactions". Then the bank appears under "Connected banks" with "working".

Another bank?
Press "Connect another bank".
Add another bank.
Tips
- New transactions come in several times a day, and right away when the bank tells Plaid.
- Your bank may ask you to sign in again every few months — that's normal.
If something isn't working
"The bank didn't connect — try again".
Close the window and press "Connect your bank" again.
My bank isn't in the list.
Some small banks aren't on Plaid. Upload CSV statements on Insights → Bank reconciliation instead.
