Bank feed: deposits come in by themselves
With your bank connected, new transactions arrive by themselves several times a day and are matched like an uploaded statement. Deposits that don't match are listed for you.
- 1
Open Bank feed
Go to Settings → "Bank feed".
Your connected banks and unmatched deposits. - 2
See your connections
"Connected banks" shows each bank, its accounts (name and last 4 digits), "Last read" and "Status" — "working" or "needs a look".
Each bank, when it was last read, and its status. - 3
Read now
Press "Read now" to fetch new transactions right away.
Fetch new transactions now. - 4
Handle unmatched deposits
"Deposits not matched yet" lists money in that didn't match. Press "Record gift" or "Mark it" (opens the full list on Bank reconciliation).
Deposits waiting for you. - 5
See every line
Press "All lines →" to see everything from that bank on Insights → Bank reconciliation.
Every line from the bank. - 6
Disconnect
"Disconnect" stops the feed. What was already read stays.
Tips
- Yahiv never sees your bank password, and keeps only each account's name and last 4 digits.
- If the feed isn't set up on your Yahiv, uploading a CSV statement works the same way.
If something isn't working
Status says "needs a look".
See "The bank feed stopped".
A deposit I expected isn't there.
Banks can take a day or two to post deposits. Press "Read now" later.
