The bank feed stopped
When the bank feed stops, its status changes to "needs a look" with a reason. Usually the bank wants you to sign in again.

Look at the status
Settings → "Bank feed" → "Connected banks". "working" is fine. "needs a look" shows the reason in red, and "Last read" shows when it last worked.

Banks ask for this every few months, or after a password change. Press "Disconnect", then "Connect your bank" and sign in again. What was already read stays.

Try "Read now"
For other messages, press "Read now". A short outage at the bank often fixes itself.

Nothing new, but "working"
Banks can take a day or two to post deposits. The feed reads several times a day.

Download a CSV statement and upload it on Insights → Bank reconciliation — it's matched the same way.

Tips
- Disconnecting never deletes what was already read.
- Changing your online-banking password usually means signing in again here.
If something isn't working
"The bank didn't connect — try again".
Close the window and press "Connect your bank" again.
The page says the bank feed isn't set up on this server.
Ask whoever runs your Yahiv. Upload CSV statements meanwhile.
