Send a video thank-you
Record a short thank-you on your phone or computer and send it by text, email or WhatsApp. You see when they watch it.
Before you start
- Your login can edit people.
- A phone or computer with a camera and microphone.

Open video thank-yous
Open the person and tap "Video" — or go to "Giving" → "Video thank-yous".
Record right in the browser. - 2
Open the camera
Tap "Open camera". Allow the camera and microphone when the browser asks.

Record
Tap "● Start recording" and speak. Tap "■ Stop" when done — you have up to 60 seconds. Not happy? "Record again".

Add a line and save
Type "A line under the video (optional)" and tap "Save video". Or "Choose a video file" you already recorded.
Or pick a video you already have. - 5
Send it
On the video's page tap "Text it", "Email it" or "WhatsApp it". Or copy the link. If it says "Who is it for?", pick the person first.

See if they watched
"Sent & saved" shows "sent", then "watched" (and how many times).
Tips
- 30 seconds is plenty. Say their name and the gift.
- Videos must be under 40 MB.
If something isn't working
"The camera couldn't open — allow camera and microphone for this site, or choose a video file instead."
In the browser's address bar, allow the camera and microphone, then try again.
"That video is bigger than 40 MB — record a shorter one"
Record a shorter video.
"No cell phone on file" / "No email on file"
Add the number or email on their profile, or use the other button.
