Night summary and follow-up after campaign night
A printable one-page report of the night — total, gifts, pledges, by payment type, by team, largest gifts and new donors — and how to follow up on the pledges.
Before you start
- Your login can record gifts and isn't limited to its own results.

Open night mode
Click "Campaigns" → "Night mode" tab → "Night mode" next to the campaign.

Open the summary
Click "Night summary". It opens in a new tab for today's date.

Pick the night
If the event was yesterday, change "Night of" to that date and click "Show".
Change the date to see another night. - 4
Read it
At the top: "Raised" (with the match), "Gifts", "Pledges made" and the goal percentage. Below: "By payment type", "By team", "Largest gifts" and "New donors — first gift ever".

Print
Click "Print". Only the report prints — the buttons are left out.

Follow up on the pledges
Go to Giving → Commitments and filter by the campaign. Each pledge has a pay link and reminders. QR-page guests already got a thank-you text with a pay link.

Tips
- Click a name under "New donors" to open their profile and add a note or a thank-you task.
- Send a personal thank-you to the largest gifts — see "AI thank-you notes" or "Send a video thank-you".
If something isn't working
The summary shows nothing.
It shows one day at a time. Change "Night of" to the date the gifts were recorded and click "Show".
"No gifts that night" but we had pledges.
Pledges are counted separately under "Pledges made". "By payment type" only lists money that came in.
