  1. 1

Programs → "Tuition" → click "Change" on the student.

    Click "Change" on a student.
  2. 2

    Set the scholarship

Type the scholarship amount in the second money box, and the reason in "Scholarship note (private)". Click "Save".

  3. 3

    See the totals

"Scholarships" at the top adds them up. Point at a scholarship to see its note.

    "Scholarships" adds up every scholarship.
  4. 4

    Choose one bill or payments

Next to "Bill all …" choose "One bill", "10 payments" or "12 payments", then click "Bill all …".

One bill, 10 or 12 payments.
  5. 5

    Set up the payments

The commitment is made for the full amount after scholarship, with the note "To be paid in 10 payments". Open it and use "Pay in installments" to set the actual monthly charges.

Tips

  • Change scholarships before billing — once billed, the bill doesn't change by itself.
  • Scholarship notes never go to the family.

If something isn't working

I changed the scholarship but the bill is the same.

The bill was made before the change. Open the commitment and change its amount.

Nobody was charged monthly.

"10 payments" only adds a note. Open each commitment and set up "Pay in installments" with the family's card.
