A Zelle payment didn't record
Zelle payments are recorded when your bank's "you received money" email reaches your Yahiv Zelle inbox. If one is missing, check the inbox, the bank setting and the refused mail.
- 1
Look under "Needs a person"
Open Settings → Zelle inbox → "Open inbox" → "Needs a person". If Yahiv wasn't sure who sent it, it waits here with likely senders. Pick the person once — the Zelle name is remembered.

Is the inbox on?
Settings → "Zelle inbox": "Turn on the Zelle inbox" must be ticked.
The inbox must be on. - 3
Is your bank ticked?
Under "Your bank (where this Zelle address is enrolled)" your bank must be ticked — or its email domain typed in "Bank not listed?". Emails from other senders are refused.
Add your bank's email domain if it isn't listed. - 4
Look at "Refused mail"
At the bottom, "Refused mail" lists emails that were turned away and why, for example "Sender is not your bank or Zelle" or "Inbox is turned off".
Emails that were refused, with the reason. - 5
Did the donor send to this address?
The donor must send to the Zelle email shown at the top of the page (your account number @ …). A Zelle sent to another email or phone of yours won't reach Yahiv — record it by hand.

Tips
- Turn on "Record automatically when Yahiv is at least __% sure" to save time. You get an alert for each, with Undo.
- Only Owners and Admins can open the Zelle inbox.
If something isn't working
It was recorded on the wrong person.
Open the alert or the inbox item and press Undo, then pick the right person.
Nothing at all arrives, even refused mail.
Check in your bank's app that Zelle is enrolled with the Yahiv inbox address.
Still stuck after all these checks?
Press the help button and ask Yahiv, or write to Yahiv support with what you tried and a screenshot. Nobody minds — that's what support is for.
