  1. 1

    Read the page

"We don't take donations on Shabbos and Yom Tov. Please come back after …" means the Shabbos closing is on and it's Shabbos or Yom Tov where you are.

    Your public giving page.
  2. 2

    Check the Shabbos settings

Settings → "Shabbos & Yom Tov". The box at the top says whether it's Shabbos now and until when. "Close the giving page, kiosk, sponsorship page and phone line too" controls the closing.

Only the Owner can change this.
  3. 3

    Wrong times?

If it closes at the wrong time, check "Your location (for the times)", "Candle lighting, minutes before sunset", and your time zone under Settings → Profile & branding.

The location used for the times.
  4. 4

"This page isn't available right now"

The whole account is turned off. Contact Yahiv support.

  5. 5

    "Campaign ended"

A campaign page with a countdown shows "Campaign ended" after its end date. Change the date on the campaign.

Open the campaign to change its end date.

Tips

  • Messages and charges also wait over Shabbos when the guard is on, even if the giving page stays open.
  • The note shows when giving opens again.

If something isn't working

It's closed on a weekday.

It may be Yom Tov (or Chol Hamoed isn't closed). Check the box at the top of Shabbos & Yom Tov.

The checkbox is greyed out.

Only the Owner can change Shabbos settings.
