The big screen isn't updating
The campaign-night big screen checks for new gifts every few seconds. If the total doesn't move, check the internet, the link's settings and what counts.

Internet
The screen needs internet the whole time. Open another website on that computer to check.

Is the link still good?
Screen links work for 60 days. Make a new one on Campaigns → "Big screen" → "Make the screen link" and open it.

Right campaign and date?
The screen counts one campaign (or "Everything") from the "Count from" date. A gift recorded to another campaign, or dated before that date, won't show.

Pledges
Pledges count only when "Count pledges as raised" was ticked when the link was made.

Only gifts that went through
Declined and pending gifts don't count.

Reload
Press F5 to reload, then F11 for full screen again.
Tips
- People who chose anonymous stay anonymous on the screen.
- Test the screen an hour before the event with a small gift.
If something isn't working
Names don't show.
Make the link again with "Show names" ticked.
The goal is wrong.
Type the goal in "Goal $" and make the link again.
