Before you start

  • An Owner or Admin login.
  1. 1

    Open Minyanim

Programs → "Shul screen" → "Minyanim" tab. Click "+ Add a minyan".

    Add a minyan.
  2. 2

    Name and place

"Name (as it shows on the screen)": e.g. מנחה or "Mincha". "Where (optional)": e.g. "Beis medrash".

The name as it shows on the screen.
  3. 3

    Days

Tick the days it happens (Sun … Shabbos).

  4. 4

    A set time…

Choose "At" and type the time, e.g. 7:00 AM for Shacharis.

  5. 5

    …or from a zman

Choose the second option: e.g. "15" minutes "before" "Shkiah (sunset)", "rounded to" "5 min". The time moves by itself every day.

Set from a zman — it moves daily.
  6. 6

    Order and save

"Order on the screen (lower first)" sets the order. Click "Add minyan". It shows in the list as e.g. "15 min before Shkiah (sunset) (rounded to 5 min) · Sun–Thu".

  7. 7

    Shiurim

Do the same on the "Shiurim" tab with "+ Add a shiur": the shiur, "Given by", where, the days — or "one time only, on" a date.

    Shiurim work the same way.

Tips

  • Make separate minyanim for Shabbos and weekdays so each has its own time.
  • To change one, click "edit" on its row; "remove" deletes it.

If something isn't working

"Pick at least one day (or a date)"

Tick at least one day.

"Enter the time"

You chose "At" but left the time empty.

"Pick the zman"

Choose a zman when using the "minutes before/after" option.
