  2. 2

    Switch between them

Once you belong to more than one, your avatar menu shows “Switch organization” with the others listed. Click a name to work in that organization.

Switch organization from the avatar menu.
  3. 3

    See them side by side

Owners and Admins can click “All my organizations — totals” in the same menu, or go to Insights → All my organizations. It shows this month, this year, last year, open pledges, recurring per month, gifts and people for each, with a total.

All your organizations in one table.

Tips

  • Each organization needs its own processor, team and settings — nothing is shared.
  • Gifts, people and receipts never move between organizations.
  • If one organization oversees the others (an umbrella), see “Branches”.

If something isn't working

It says “Too many new organizations — try again later”.

You can create up to 5 new organizations an hour. Wait an hour and try again.

An organization doesn't show in “All my organizations”.

That page only lists organizations where you are an Owner or Admin.
