Enter gifts one after another (Save & next person)
Entering a pile of gifts for the same campaign? “Save & next person” saves each gift and keeps the campaign, designation, location, fundraiser and payment type for the next one.

Fill in the first gift
Click “Record” → “Gift”. Pick the person, amount, how they paid, and the campaign, designation, location or fundraiser.
Choose the campaign once. - 2
Click “Save & next person”
Instead of “Save gift”, click “Save & next person” at the bottom. A green line says “✓ Saved $… from …. Next person:” with a link to see the gift.

Keep going
The person and amount are cleared, but the campaign and the rest stay. A blue “Working on:” bar at the top shows what is kept. Enter the next gift the same way.

Start fresh
When you're done, click “Start fresh” on the “Working on” bar so the next time starts clean.
Tips
- Your choices are remembered on this computer only, for you only.
- For a stack of checks, “Batch of checks” lets you see all rows at once.
If something isn't working
The wrong campaign keeps filling in.
Click “Start fresh” on the “Working on” bar, or change the campaign before saving.
I don't see “Save & next person”.
It isn't offered for recurring gifts, or when you came to the form from another screen that you'll be sent back to.
