Move many gifts to a campaign at once
Tick several gifts on the Gifts list and put them all under one campaign, designation, location or fundraiser in one click.

Find the gifts
Open Giving → Gifts and use search, dates and Filters to list the gifts.

Tick them
Tick the box at the start of each row, or the box in the header to tick the whole page.

Choose and apply
In “With the ticked gifts:”, pick a Campaign…, Designation…, Location… or Fundraiser… (or “— Remove … —”). Click “Apply”.
Pick what to set, then Apply.
Tips
- You can set several at once — for example a campaign and a fundraiser.
- The “Void” button in the same bar voids ticked cash and check gifts only.
If something isn't working
It says “Tick at least one gift first”.
Tick at least one row.
It says “Pick a campaign, designation, location or fundraiser to apply”.
Choose something in at least one of the drop-downs before clicking Apply.
It says some of the ticked gifts are in a closed month.
Nothing was changed. Untick those gifts, or ask an admin to reopen the month.
