It says “Donor has no email (or opted out)”.
Add an email on their page, or untick “Do not email” if they agreed. Or send by text.
It says “Logged (no email/SMS provider configured yet)”.
Email or texting isn't connected yet. An admin sets it up under Settings → Email, SMS & WhatsApp.
A receipt to mail says “missing” for the address.
Click the person's name in the red line and add their address.
