Sell raffle tickets online
Share the raffle's own page so people buy tickets by card at any hour — the tickets are entered the moment the payment goes through.
Before you start
- A raffle with "Sell online too" ticked.
- A card processor connected (Settings → Payment processors).

Find the link
Open the raffle. At the top, after the price, is "online: /shop/your-org/raffle/…". Click it to open the page.

Check the page
Buyers see the description, the prizes, and a box for how many tickets. The total updates as they type.

Send it out
Paste the link in an email or text (Outreach), on WhatsApp, or make a QR code of it under Campaigns → "Links & QR codes".

Watch sales
Online sales show under "Tickets" on the raffle page with a blue "online" tag.
Tips
- Buyers are added to People automatically (or matched by email).
- Close online sales before the draw: "Edit" → "Sales" → "Closed".
If something isn't working
The page says "Ticket sales are closed."
The raffle's sales are set to Closed or it was drawn. Reopen it under "Edit" if it hasn't been drawn.
"Online payment is not set up yet."
Connect a card processor in Settings → Payment processors.
A buyer paid after the draw.
Tickets paid after the draw are kept as voided (never drawn). Refund that buyer.
