Let someone see only certain campaigns
A volunteer running the dinner, or a school's office running only school campaigns: limit their login to the campaigns they work on.

Open their access
Settings → Team & roles → click “Edit access” under the person (Staff or Fundraiser).

Choose “Only these”
Under “Campaigns they can see”, choose “Only these:” and tick the campaigns.

Save
Click “Save access”. The summary line shows “… campaigns”.
Tips
- They see only those campaigns' gifts, commitments, reports and alerts.
- They must choose one of their campaigns on every gift they record.
If something isn't working
They get “Choose one of your campaigns” when recording.
That's expected — they must pick one of their campaigns in the Campaign box.
There are no campaigns to tick.
Create campaigns first under Campaigns → Start a campaign.
