Tribute cards (in honor / in memory of)
When someone gives in honor or in memory of someone, Yahiv can email an e-card to the family or queue a printed card for you to mail. The amount is never shown.
Before you start
- A gift recorded "In honor of…" or "In memory of…" (on Record → Gift, or by the donor on the giving page).

Record the tribute
On Record → Gift choose "In honor of…" or "In memory of…", type the name, and choose to email an e-card or mail a printed card, with a personal message.

E-cards go by themselves
An e-card is emailed right away. Nothing else to do.

Open Tribute cards
Programs → "Tribute cards". "Cards to mail" lists printed cards waiting.

Print each card
Click "Print card". A card opens with your letterhead, "In honor of" or "In loving memory of", the message, and the mailing address. Click "Print".

Mark them mailed
Tick the cards you mailed (or "all") and click "Mark mailed". They leave the list.

Re-send an e-card
Click "All tributes", tick the gift, and click "Re-send e-card".
"All tributes" — every in-honor and in-memory gift.
Tips
- The card never shows the amount.
- "All tributes" is a full history of in-honor and in-memory gifts.
If something isn't working
"Nothing selected"
Tick at least one card before "Mark mailed" or "Re-send e-card".
A printed card isn't in "Cards to mail".
It was already marked mailed, or the tribute was set to email. Click "All tributes" to find it and use "Print card".
