QR pledges from the tables
Guests scan a code on their table, tap an amount, type their name and cell, and pledge from their own phone. The pledge shows on the big screen in seconds — nothing is charged.
Before you start
- An active campaign.
- Your login can record gifts.

Open the QR settings
Go to night mode for the campaign. Click "QR pledges from the tables" at the top right (it says "· off" until you turn it on).

Turn the page on
Tick "Page is on (guests can pledge)".
Nothing works until this is ticked. - 3
Choose the amount buttons
In "Amount tiles ($, separated by commas)" type the buttons guests see, e.g. 180, 360, 1000, 1800. Guests can always tap "Other" too. Leave it as is to use the campaign's suggested amounts.

Headline (optional) and Save
Type a "Headline" if you want something other than the campaign name, then click "Save". The "Page address" box shows the link.

Print the code
Under "Print the QR code" click "Poster" for one big code, or "Table tents (4 per page)".

What guests do
They scan, tap an amount, type "Your name" and "Cell phone", and optionally "Table #", "In honor / memory of…" and "Show me as Anonymous on the screen". Then "Pledge" — or "Pledge & pay now by card" to pay right away.

Watch them come in
Pledges appear in night mode's "Latest", on the big screen, and in "Pledged by QR" at the bottom of this page with the table number.
QR pledges show in "Latest" like any other.
Tips
- Each guest gets a thank-you text with a link to pay by card whenever they like (unless they opted out of texts; on Shabbos it waits).
- A guest is matched to the person in People with the same cell (or home) phone. New people are added with the tag "pledge-night".
- Turn the page off after the night — the code then leads nowhere.
If something isn't working
A guest pressed Pledge twice — is it two pledges?
No. The same phone and the same amount within 2 minutes counts once.
Guest sees "Please type your cell phone number (10 digits)".
The phone number must have at least 10 digits, including the area code.
The QR code opens a "not found" page.
The page is off. Tick "Page is on (guests can pledge)" and click Save.
A pledge is under the wrong person.
It matched someone with the same phone number. Open the pledge (click the name under "Pledged by QR") and move it to the right person.
