Pledge numbers (PL1024)
Each new pledge gets a number with your letters, like PL1024, so it never clashes with numbers brought in from another system. Change the letters if you like.

Open Amounts & messages
Go to Settings → Amounts & messages and find “Pledge numbers”.

Type your letters
Type 1 to 4 letters (for example PL or BLD). Click “Save settings” at the bottom.

Find a pledge by number
Press Ctrl+K and type the number (for example PL1024) to open it.
Type a pledge number in quick search.
Tips
- Imported pledges keep their old numbers.
- Only letters A–Z are allowed.
If something isn't working
Old pledges still show the old letters.
That's right — the letters apply to new pledges only.
