Reminders, blasts, one-on-one texts and robocalls are counted each month and billed as part of your Yahiv plan. Your price is set up with you by Yahiv.

These are part of your Yahiv plan too. Ask Yahiv about the price for your organization.

- Long texts count as more than one text. Keep reminders short.

If something isn't working
The bill is higher than expected.
Look at Plan & billing → Phone & text. Big text blasts are the usual reason. Use Outreach's preview (it shows the cost) before sending.
