List every pledge that still has a balance
A list of open commitments with what was pledged, paid and still owed — for following up or for the treasurer.

Open the Report builder
Open Insights → "Report builder". In "List" choose "Commitments" and press "Run".

Only open ones
Tick "Only with a balance". In "Dates" choose "Any time" so older pledges are included.

Choose columns
Tick Number, Person, Amount, Paid, Balance, Due, and Cell or Email if you'll follow up.
Pick the columns to show. - 4
Run
Press "Run". The list shows each open commitment.

By campaign
"Total it up by" "Campaign" shows the total and "Still owed" for each campaign.

Tips
- Paid amounts don't include processing fees a donor added on top.
- To reach them all, use Outreach with "Open pledge balance".
If something isn't working
A paid pledge still shows a balance.
A payment may not be linked to it. See "The pledge balance looks wrong".
Cancelled pledges are missing.
That's on purpose — cancelled pledges aren't owed. They're in Settings → Recycle bin for 30 days.
