Move a pledge to another person
The pledge was put on the husband but the wife is paying, or on the wrong account. Move the commitment — and the payments made on it — to the right person.

Before you start
- You are an Owner or Admin.

Open the commitment
Scroll to “Move to another person” near the bottom.

Pick the person
Type the right person's name and click them in the list.

Move it
Click “Move commitment” and confirm. You see “Pledge moved”.

Tips
- Only payments made by the previous person move with it. On a shared pledge, other people keep their own payments.
- If both should be on it, add the second person instead — see “One pledge shared by several people”.
If something isn't working
It says “Choose a donor”.
Click a person in the drop-down list before clicking Move.
It says the month is closed.
One of its payments is in a closed month. An admin can reopen the month under Settings → Month closing.
