Household view and household statement
See a whole family's giving together — the person, their spouse and children — and print one statement for the household.
Before you start
- The family members are linked under “Household & family” (Spouse, Son / Daughter).

Open the household
Open any member of the family. In the “Shul & dates” box on the left, click “Household”.

Read the giving table
“Giving by year” shows each person and a “Household” total row, for the last six years and all years.

See what the family owes
“Open commitments” lists every open pledge of everyone in the household with its balance. “Recent gifts” lists the latest 40 gifts.

Print a household statement
At the top click this year's “household statement” (or last year's). It opens one statement for the whole family. Click “Print / save as PDF”.

Tips
- Household statements need the “See reports & statements” permission.
- Shared pledges show once even if several family members are on them.
If something isn't working
Only one person shows in the household.
Nobody is linked as Spouse or Son / Daughter yet. Link them under “Household & family”.
Clicking the statement says I don't have access.
Statements need the “See reports & statements” permission. Ask an admin to tick it under Settings → Team & roles.
