Before you start

  • Grants entered with an "Application deadline" or "Report due" date.
  1. 1

    Open Grants

Campaigns → "Grants". "Coming up in the next 30 days" is at the top, soonest first. Anything past due is in red.

Deadlines in the next 30 days.
  2. 2

    Application deadlines

A grant shows "Application due" while its status is "Looking into it" or "Writing the application". Once you mark it "Submitted — waiting", it drops off.

    Status buttons filter the list.
  3. 3

    Reports due

When it's "Awarded" or "Report due", the "Report due" date shows instead.

  4. 4

    In your calendar

Deadlines also appear in your calendar feed (add it to Google or Outlook) and in the weekly summary email.

  5. 5

    Close it

When the report is sent and the money is in, set "Where it stands" to "Closed" and save.

    Closed grants are under "Closed".

Tips

  • Pick someone "In charge" for every grant so it's clear who acts.
  • Past-due items stay at the top in red until you change the status.

If something isn't working

A deadline isn't in "Coming up".

Check the date is filled in and the status matches (deadlines show while looking into it or writing; reports while awarded or report due).

Deadlines aren't in my Google calendar.

Add your calendar feed to Google or Outlook first (see "Calendar feed"). New items can take a few hours to show there.
