Donor scores and trends
Every night Yahiv gives each person a score from 3 to 15 based on how recently, how often and how much they gave, plus a trend like “Giving more” or “Slipping away”. Use it to decide who to call.

See a person's score
Open the person. In the “Shul & dates” box, “Donor score” shows the score out of 15 and a trend badge. Hold the mouse over it to see the three parts (Recent, Often, Amount — each 1 to 5).

What the trends mean
“Giving more” — giving is going up. “Slipping away” — giving is dropping. “Lapsed” — stopped giving. “New donor” — a first-time giver. Trends also show as coloured chips on the People list.

Tips
- Scores look at the last 3 years of giving and are worked out every night, so a gift made today counts tomorrow.
- “Slipping away” people are a great call list before a campaign.
If something isn't working
A person has no score.
They have no gifts in the last 3 years, or they were added today. Scores appear after the nightly run.
