Who to call today (smart call list), explained

The 25 people most likely to give or pay if you phone them today, best first — each with the reasons and points behind it, so nothing is hidden.

Read a row
Number, name, total points, "Ask: $…" (what they owe, or their personal ask amount), best time, a one-line "why", and reason chips with their points.
One person: points, ask amount and the reasons.

What adds points
Money owed (+25 to +40, more if overdue or a promised date passed), a declined recurring card (+30), gave around this date last year (+20), gave last year but not yet this year (+15), no gift in 18+ months (+12), a yahrzeit/birthday/anniversary in the next 7 days by the Hebrew calendar (+15), looked at the portal (+10) or opened your email (+8) lately.
Each reason shows its points.

What takes points off
You spoke with them in the last 2 weeks, they gave in the last 2 weeks, they reached your contact limit, or they prefer texts / email. These chips are crossed out. People who asked not to be called, and people with no phone number, never appear.

Call
Press "📞 Call …" to dial from your phone.
Call straight from the list.

Log what happened
Type it in "What happened" and press "Log call" — saved as a call on their timeline ("Call logged on their timeline"). "Done ✓" hides them for two weeks.

Not now
"Snooze 7 days" — you see "Snoozed for 7 days" and they come back by themselves.
Snooze someone for a week.

Refresh
The list is worked out every night. Staff can press "Work it out again" after a busy day.

Tips

A fundraiser who only sees their own results gets a list of just their own people ("Your list is always up to date").
With the AI assistant connected, each person gets a one-sentence suggestion of what to say (only the reasons are sent — no names or phone numbers).
Fill in each person's best time to call on their profile — it shows on the row.

"Nobody stands out today."

No one has a reason right now (nothing owed, no declined cards, no dates). That's fine.

"Write what happened on the call, then press Log call".

Type a note first, or press Done ✓ without a note.

Someone you expected isn't on the list.

They may have no phone number, have asked not to be called, been snoozed or marked done recently, or have fewer points than the top 25.
