Approve requests from your phone
Turn on notifications so approval requests reach your phone. One tap opens a phone-sized page with big Approve and Turn down buttons.
Before you start
- Two-person approval is turned on.
- You are an Owner or Admin.

Turn on notifications
On your phone, open Yahiv (the app, or the browser), go to avatar → My account → “Yahiv on your phone” and tap “Notify me on this device”. Allow notifications when the phone asks.

Tap the notification
When someone asks for approval, every other Owner and Admin gets a notification — never the person who asked. Tap it.

Read and decide
The page shows what it is, the amount, the summary, who asked, when, their reason and when it expires. Tap “Approve …”, or tap “Turn down”, type why (the person who asked will see it), and tap “Turn it down”.

Done
The person who asked gets a notification and an alert saying it was approved, turned down, or couldn't be done.
Tips
- Yahiv checks again that you're an Owner or Admin and that it isn't your own request.
- Requests not decided within 7 days expire.
If something isn't working
Notifications don't arrive.
Allow notifications for Yahiv (or your browser) in the phone's Settings → Notifications, and check “Notifications are on for this device” on My account.
It says “Only an Owner or Admin can decide this.”
Your login is Staff or Fundraiser. Ask an Owner or Admin.
