Messages left on the phone line
When a caller presses 4 and leaves a message, it becomes a task with the recording, and you get an alert.

You get an alert
The bell shows a new alert with "Voicemail from … on the giving line — listen: …".

Find it in To do
Click "To do" in the top menu. The message is listed as a follow-up with the caller's number.
Today's work lists the voicemail follow-up. - 3
Listen and call back
Open the link to listen. Press "📞 Call" to call back.
Voicemails also show under Replies. - 4
Mark it done
Type what happened in the note box and press "Done ✓".
Tips
- Messages are up to 2 minutes; callers press # when done.
- If the caller's number is on a person, the alert opens their profile.
If something isn't working
Callers don't get option 4.
Settings → Phone giving line → tick "4 — leave a message" → Save.
The follow-up has no name.
The caller's number isn't on anyone in People. Call back, then add them as a person.
