Can I schedule a message for later?
Bulk messages in Outreach go out when you press Send — there is no "send later" button. Here are the ways Yahiv sends things at a set time for you.

Bulk messages go right away
In Outreach, pressing "Send texts" or "Send emails" sends now. To send tomorrow at 9, come back tomorrow at 9 and send then. Your draft is not saved, so copy your text somewhere (or use an email design, which is saved).

Save the wording as an email design
For email, go to Outreach → "Email designs" → "New design" and build the email. It's saved, so on the day you only pick it and press Send.

Messages that follow an event: automations
To send something a set number of days after a gift, a first gift, a pledge, a decline, before a yahrzeit, or when someone hasn't given in a while, use Outreach → "Automations".

Reminders for money owed: reminder plans
Settings → "Collecting & reminders" → reminder plans send a text on day 0, an email on day 7, and so on, for every pledge that goes past due.

Shabbos and Yom Tov wait by themselves
If the Shabbos guard is on (Settings → Shabbos & Yom Tov), anything sent on Shabbos or Yom Tov waits and goes out within about 15 minutes after havdalah.

Reports and summaries go on a schedule
Saved reports can be emailed every week or month (Insights → Report builder), and the weekly summary comes every Sunday morning.

If something isn't working
I lost my message text after leaving the page.
Outreach doesn't keep drafts. Write long messages in an email design, or keep a copy in a document.
